2009 Spring by Gucci

Gucci is one of my favorite collection in 2009 Spring Milan fashion week. Gucci now is a clearly segmented, businesslike collection, and Frida Giannini would like to create immediately understandable clothes for a young global audience. there are clean and sharp silhouette, and these collection's color scheme is based on orange, blue and purple. patterns are mainly used tropicals for this collection and some safari looks are also showing on the runway. she made realistic streetwears with the beach-babe bikinis, tropical prints, and filmy disco dresses.

and one interesting ideas is introducting a new jackie bags for her new spring collection. it is up-sized, slouchier, hand-stitched bag and a utilitarian backpack is also shown on the runway. another main point in the runway is boyish suits.
